The Co-operative Bank's Charity and Community Bank Account is for registered charities, co-operatives, credit unions and community-interest companies.

Once you're banking with the Co-operative, you're eligible to apply for their Customer Donation Fund, which offers grants of up to £1,000 for projects which will enhance communities.

Examples include Frozen Light (pictured), a multi-sensory theatre in Norwich which supports people with multiple learning difficulties, and the SICK! Festival which develops creative projects with young people in Manchester.
