Grants Programme Coordinator

Creative Lives is currently looking to recruit a Grants Programme Coordinator to work on the 'Know Your Neighbourhood Fund', set up by DCMS (Department for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport) to fund activities that enable volunteering and tackle loneliness. The successful candidate will have experience in establishing new systems and processes from scratch, preferably for grant-giving and be able to confidently champion and promote the importance of opening up voluntary arts activities to new participants, with a particular focus on engagement in disadvantaged areas of England.

Opportunity to support a new project based in Cork aiming to increase participation in creative activities to improve wellbeing and reduce isolation. We require an experienced evaluator with ideally a track record of using the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scales (WEMWBS). Knowledge and experience of the art, voluntary and community sector is also essential.

Freelance Producer

This role will support the delivery of our current ‘Northern Souls - Going Down The Welly’ project funded by Historic England, Everyday Heritage Grants, aimed at Celebrating Working Class Histories. The role will also involve maintaining the Creative Lives On Air partnership with BBC Radio Tees developing content that promotes creative participation to improve wellbeing and reduce isolation in the North East.
