SURGE Festival is an annual festival of physical theatre, street arts and circus. It takes place each summer and brings new Scottish work and cutting-edge international performances to the streets, theatres and unusual spaces of Glasgow. 

Surge is currently looking for volunteers for this year's festival, which takes place on 25 & 26 July and 1 & 2 August, outdoors in Glasgow's Merchant City. They are also looking for volunteers to assist with preparation in the week leading up to the festival. 

This is an opportunity for volunteers to gain experience of assisting in the running of a major arts festival. Full training given, travel expenses covered, and free meals provided each volunteering day.
