Location: UK

The Nineveh Charitable Trust supports a broad range of UK-based projects that are of benefit to the general public and promote better understanding of the countryside.

Applications are invited from projects that meet the Trusts charitable objectives:

  • The health, welfare and education of the general public
  • The study and appreciation of agriculture, silviculture, ecology and land management
  • The study and appreciation of land and estate management that encourages conservation of the countryside.

Creative new approaches are welcome and an interactive map of previous recipients can be accessed via the Nineveh Charitable Trust website to give an idea of the kind of projects and organisations that have been successful previously. Grants awarded range from £1,000 - £25,000.

The Trust preference is to pay grants to UK registered charities or Community Interest Companies but individual applicants may be considered if the outcome benefits are clearly defined.
