Unyimeobong Matthew of Renfrewshire-based Inspiring Families Development Network Scotland tells us how a 'Together Again' microgrant from Creative Lives helped them to cover the costs of a venue and to support their volunteers.

"Inspiring Families Development Network Scotland provides intergenerational and multicultural interactions, to help promote positive connections. We run free musical instrument training with a view to developing talents and skills, family storytelling sessions to nurture skills in reading and storytelling, and art and craft family sessions to nurture and promote creativity and enhance mental well-being.

The Together Again microgrant of £300 from Creative Lives was really helpful for us at Inspiring Families Development Network Scotland, as it took care of the hall hire for us to run the community group’s activities for three months.

It also helped in taking care of the cost for three volunteers who helped in these activities."
