A thriving local amateur drama group which has been established for over 60 years. We are a small, social amateur drama society in North Down in Northern Ireland. We put on two productions a year as well as a host of social activities. We do regular play readings, a summer BBQ, a poetry night and a quiz evening. We would be delighted to welcome you at our public productions, and we are always on the lookout for new members, to act, work backstage or in administration, or simply to enjoy our social activities.

The Helen’s Bay Players was originally founded in 1953 by Captain George Hines RA, the then OC of Grey Point Fort, Helen’s Bay. The first production was performed on 6th March of that year in the St John Baptist Church Hall. If you'd like to get involved in any capacity or just want some more information please do get in touch through our Facebook page.
