We are a group of, mostly, older women creating dances in Dover and performing in and around the area.

Friendship and fun are fundamental to our creativity. We laugh when we get it wrong, and we laugh when we get it right. We are super supportive of everyone's needs – all abilities welcome. 

We create dances to an eclectic range of music from popular Motown to Medieval to South African style dance, and anything else in between.

We meet at Charlton Church Hall, Saint Alphege Road, Dover CT16 2PU on Wednesday evenings from 6.30-8pm.
