Since 2011, Forget-me-not Chorus – one of Wales’ leading dementia charities – has been organising weekly singing sessions for people with dementia and those who support them.

Every member of our team is deeply inspired by music, and we want to share our passion for singing, in a setting where everyone can feel happy contributing, whatever their ability.

We offer a library of free pre-recorded singing sessions, specially designed singing services for care homes, and regular live community singing sessions open to anyone living with or alongside dementia. We run community groups across Wales – in Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Newport and Abergele.

Our meetings take place every week, and are a relaxed, fun way to meet other people who know what it’s like living with or alongside dementia.

Are you looking for a group to support you as you face the challenges of dementia? Join us and hundreds of other people who understand. Membership is free, and no referral is needed.
