An amateur choir but professionally led, Hims & Arias is a male voice choir based in Rhondda Cynon Taff in South Wales. The choir performs regularly at residential homes and raises money for charities, organised by a committee of choir members. Hims & Arias recently finished fifth in the Cornwall International Male Voice Festival, competing against much larger choirs. The weekly rehearsals provide an hour and a half of fun, engagement and mutual support, and the choir has been a lifeline for new members following bereavement, depression or illness.
