D.U.E.T.S. was a dance initiative offering ballet and street dance sessions for children from diverse backgrounds. A partnership between community dance group Rubicon Dance, professional company Ballet Cymru and three primary schools, the aim was to reach out to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and to help remove barriers for these young people accessing dance provision. Through attending weekly sessions, the children are given the opportunity to learn discipline as well as the ability to express themselves.
