A team of voluntary musicians active since 2014, the Irish Video Game Orchestra is comprised of musicians of all ages and skill levels brought together by a love of video games and classical music. Based in Belfast, the orchestra aim to bridge community divides by encouraging cross-community membership and performances across the North and South border. The group are also committed to encouraging their musicians own professional development, as well as focusing on sensory friendly concerts. IVGO have grown rapidly and performed in many concerts across Ireland in the past year, including performing at Stendhal Festival as well as staging an Action Cancer fundraiser and a residential weekend at Slemish Barn.
