Deep Down Arts and Wellbeing has launched the Safe Space Songwriters' Circle in The Ivy Bar, Newtownards on the first Thursday of the month at 7.30pm.

No experience necessary, this is a fun and inclusive group for those who wish to use creativity to boost their wellbeing.

We are also launching the Poetry Lovers' Friendship Table on the last Thursday of each month on TLC Coffee Shop, Newtownards at 7.30pm, starting on 25th October 2018.

This is a relaxed table for all who find strength and solace in poetry, either by reading it or writing it.
