Carluke Circle Dancers is a small, welcoming and friendly group that combines gentle exercise and social interaction.

We laugh and have fun whilst exercising both body and mind. Our classes are suitable for all ages, and both men and women are welcome.

Our style of community dance suits all fitness levels and can be adapted for those with mobility issues. Our Mantra is "no mistakes, merely variations!".

We end our sessions with a seated hand jive and the all important tea cake and chat.

We meet on Fridays from 10.30am - 12 noon at Carluke Lifestyled, Carnwath Road, Carluke ML8 4DF.
