The Accord Singers is a small chamber choir, with a target size of around 25 members.

We are a friendly and relaxed group, but serious about singing and sing unaccompanied music, a capella, from a wide range of styles and from five centuries. An event with our group is always a treat, with a few surprises and a dash of humour. We perform a wide range of unaccompanied music, sometimes in rather unusual places. We’ll sing in art galleries, ruined abbeys, church halls, Victorian shopping arcades …… To add variety we often include readings and guest instrumental performers.

We meet on Tuesdays between 7.30pm and 9.30pm at St Andrew’s Church Stainland, in Halifax.
