The Let’s Create Jubilee Fund is a £5 million programme that will support community and voluntary organisations in England to develop creative and cultural activities as part of Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June 2022.

Grants between £750 and £10,000 are available to voluntary and community groups or organisations to develop their activities. Partnerships with established artists, creatives and cultural organisations are highly encouraged. Eligible activities must involve at least one of the following types of culture:

  • music
  • theatre
  • dance
  • visual arts like painting
  • literature including books
  • combined arts like festivals
  • museums and libraries.

There are lots of ways you can take part in The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Head over to the official webpage to find events near you, explore ways to get involved and how to shout about your upcoming work!

The money can be used for things such as:

  • costs of organising your activities.
  • paying people who manage the work.
  • paying artists.
  • costs of volunteers.
  • materials or equipment for the activity. If this is a large amount you will need to explain how the
    equipment will be useful afterwards.
  • food and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • costs of advertising the activity.
  • general day-to-day costs of work for the activity like insurance.
  • costs of making your activity accessible to everyone, like Sign Language interpreters, translation
    services, or extra signage.
