“Being Frank” is an intense portrayal of one person’s struggle to regain their mental health. The story of mental health crisis and recovery is constructed from real life experiences and threaded through with the cast’s creative reactions to their experiences of life affected by emotional and mental distress. The play draws attention to themes such as: Mental health, suicide and discrimination. It also focuses strongly on recovery and hope that regaining good mental health and wellbeing can be achieved. All our actors bring their first-hand experience of living with poor mental health to this thought-provoking and poignant play to show others in the community the reality of living with poor mental health.

“Brave, Inspirational, Brilliant” is amongst many of the fantastic reviews from the first performance of "Being Frank" earlier this year.
