The SURF Awards for Best Practice in Community Regeneration are open for entries

The prestigious national SURF Awards highlight, celebrate, and share the achievements of initiatives that address physical, social, and economic challenges in communities across Scotland.

As Scotland's Regeneration Forum, SURF explores and shares current practice, experience, and knowledge in community regeneration. The SURF Awards are open to any project or initiative, taking place in Scotland, which is currently in place or which has been completed within 2 years of the closing date.

The 5 categories this year are: 

  • Community Led Regeneration
  • Creative Regeneration
  • Improving Scotland's Places
  • Removing Barriers to Employability
  • Housing and Regeneration

The SURF Awards are delivered in partnership with the Scottish Government, with additional support from Creative Scotland, Scottish Procurement Alliance, Institute of Employability Professionals and Scotland's Towns Partnership.
