Trowbridge Service Users Group is a self-referral peer mental health group.

It's free to attend and takes place in a safe friendly environment.

There's a Monday evening social in the summer, while in winter months we switch to daytimes, and focus on meditation.

Our Tuesday drop-in is the perfect time to tind out what's available, and on Thursday we have our arts and craft session.
