Roscommon Solstice Choir is a large, voluntary, community choir, that meets regularly for practice, in order to perform charity concerts in June and December each year. New members are welcome to join the choir in February and September, at the start of season practice. You must be over 18, but there is no requirement to read music and no audition.

Members pay an annual-membership-fee and hall-hire charges, and pay their own way to practice and concerts, thereby allowing the choir to offer its services free-of-charge to charities.

The choir has performed all over Ireland, in London and in New York. It won the People's-Choice-Award at the Voluntary Arts - EPIC Awards in 2017 and was awarded the Roscommon Volunteer Information Services: Volunteer-Group-of-the-Year Award in 2018.

The choir meets 7.30 pm each Sunday, Feb to May and Sept to Nov at Four-Mile-House Community Centre, Ballinderry, Four-Mile-House, Co. Roscommon, Ireland
